dreading turned out good, actually! really good. so i made a few
mistakes. so? i had fun. haha! and it was eros' first gig! yay! now he
has an id in her case! haha! basta! KENOSISTAS! great job last night.
we worked hard, and it paid off. Love you! :*

| How long
has it been since we've (kenosis....daw) updated this blog?! I can't
believe it's still here. Whoa. ANYWAY. So, what's been up with Kenosis?
Nothing much. Just that we've recently found out that TAMIA sees
herself as the "sign of kenosis". Dig this:
Tam: It's like....when people see me, they think KENOSIS. Parang ako yung simbolo ng banda.

Err. So we're like....totally mental? KIDDING, TAM! KIDDING!
mwahahahahaha! But there you go.....Tamia is the "sign of kenosis"
and...well...i'm still trying to get used to that. HAHAHAHAHA. Kidding

ANYHUMS. So.....we've a gig coming up, on the 20th of May, 2006. I
forgot where it's to be held....bah. I'll find out on the gig day. NO,
I'M KIDDING. Well actually, i'm not.....i did forget--kind of--but I'll
make it a point to find out before the gig date because, duh, you want
people to come right?
The gig is called SOS, it's a charity thing. Nice advocacy, actually.
And for this gig, the bands have to record two original songs for the
gig album. We recorded last...umm....two days ago. Thursday. What day
is it ba, today? Ewan. I'm so sabog. Haha. SOOOOO yah. First time in a
recording studio lalalalalala. I was pretty nervous, and whilst
recording, i screwed up some notes. Bleh. But it was too late to do
over beccause the studio had to close. So....ewan. Argh. Haha. But it
was a pretty fun day! Loved the photoshoot.
THE PHOTOSHOOT! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I looove my solo pics. I think I pissed
the photographers off because they were like, "okay, so anytime you're
ready." and i was all, "what do you want me to do? Direct me!" HAHA!
And they were all, "anything...it's up to you!" HAHAHAHAHAHA! Actually,
i did have some pretty got concepts but I didn't want to voice em out
since those concepts were kind of....very me. And very insane. HAHA!
One of those concepts that i cooked up was the flying hair effect. We
did that, but unfortunately for me, the flying hair effect DOESN'T WORK
(on me). It does for Kay, though. Ugh. Haha!
But i got some really smokin' solo pics! haha! THANKS MARK! THANKS SAM!
I just hope they remember what I chose...hahahahahahaha! And even if
they don't, I'll still look fabulous anyway. HAHA! ANG KAPAL! :P
Ano pa...so overall, the recording session was a blast. (Except for my
bum notes! AGH! I feel so...bleh!) Ugh. And i think my vibrato was all
screwed up, so they told me to un-vibrato. Okay. Sige. No prob. That
was funny. Haha!
OH OH OH OH! UM...UM....UM...
I forgot................Well hopefully i'll remember later. Or never.
No, that won't work. GAH. I'm so ughhhhh right now. Eww. ANYWAY. Still
debating over which violin i should use for the gig. Siv? Eros? I DON'T
KNOW.
Pros and Cons of Siv, the classical violin:
Pros:

So yah. See my dilemma. The band obviously wants me to use Eros, since
he's so sexy (accdg. to them, and i must agree) and electric and ekek.
But I really want to use Siv, actually. I really don't think I'm ready
for Eros (but I love him!). Well, let's see. Let's see.
Ick. Now I'm sleepy. Argh. It's like...almost 2 am. NIGHT.

FEELING!!!! :D Haha! Wala lang....malay mo! haha! So....anyway.....updates about the band and its members:
Yesterday, the Band had an accoustic audition for the first time after two years. It went really well, and I hope the judges see it that way too.
So...after the auditions, we (Kenosis) went to JOLLIBEE to get some grub then off to SIBOL.
First off, I want to say two particular kenosistas were feeling down that day, and I do hope that everything works out for them because well....THE LORD IS WITH US! :D Moving on ...not many people came to the sibol show but it was an awesome show nonetheless. Ateneans are talented. Very good performance even for such a small crowd. So all in all, it was an awesome (but tiring) day!!! (This is such a lame entry!)
